工程预算超了，原来是购置电缆桥架时没做方案，来我厂少花20%

工程中有一项很重要的工作，那就是工程预算，一般来说大的项目，比如电缆电线、灯饰、水管等肯定会做详细的预算的，但像电缆桥架等配属器件容易被遗忘，同时像电缆桥架平时用得不多，一个楼盘也只有最后结顶时才使用，因此很有可能漏做预算，或者预算做高了，主要是以下几个工作没有做到位。

对电缆桥架不了解。因为平时接触不到，也很少看到电缆桥架的广告，因此去采购时不知道如何采购，有那些指标、市场价格如何，质量好坏如何辨别等等。

对采购渠道不了解。很多产品，比如电缆电线、灯饰等都是从当地代理哪里购买，但电缆桥架不一样，一般都是厂家直销，如果从代理哪里购买价格计划以贵很多。

对电缆桥架参数不了解。采购桥架前，要掌握电缆桥架的规格、型号、厚度、防腐处理，同时还要掌握甲方对电缆桥架的要求，不能评自己想象直接订货，要确保质量和价格。

Two, do not understand the procurement channels. Many products, such as cables, wires, lighting and so on, are purchased from local agents, but cable bridges are not the same. They are generally sold directly by manufacturers. If you buy from agents, the price plan is much more expensive.

Three, do not understand the parameters of cable bridge. Before purchasing the bridge, we should master the specifications, models, thickness and anti-corrosion treatment of the cable bridge. At the same time, we should also master the requirements of Party A for the cable bridge. We should not evaluate our imagination and order directly, but ensure the quality and price.
