水泥厂电缆桥架的布置
电缆桥架的布置是水泥厂电气设计中很重要的一部分,但经常会出现与现场情况不相符或布置不合理,电缆桥架路径不通,桥架宽度不是太窄就是过宽,桥架层数不够或过多,信号电缆与电力电缆间距不正确或布置不合理造成信号干扰,电缆桥架敷设路径遭遇障碍物等等情况,不仅影响工期且造成浪费。这种现象往往是忽视电缆桥架的宽度计算及分层布置造成的。电缆桥架要分层布置,水泥厂的电缆一般有两大类:控制电缆和动力电缆,控制电缆又可细分为电气控制电缆和仪表弱电信号控制电缆,动力电缆又细分为低压动力电缆和高压动力电缆。这4种电缆按规范尽量分层布置,某种电缆一层放不下则增多层数,电缆桥架的排序按电压等级从大到小、自下到上排列。电缆桥架多层置时,其层间距离一般为:控制电缆间不应小于0.20 m;电力电缆间不应小于0.30 m;弱电电缆与电力电缆间不应小于0.50 m;桥架上部距顶棚或其他障碍物不应小于0.30 m。某些只有很少设备的平面,电缆根数很少,为了节约成本,低压动力电缆与控制电缆可以共用一个桥架,但是相互间宜设置隔板。
为了合理布置,节省桥架及其他附件的数量,电缆布置时应该注意以下事项:
(1)对于水泥磨磨房车间,磨房内有自动喷水系统,油站也有进水口,这样磨房地面就有水的存在。考虑到长期的电缆维护方便,J9国际站

选用电缆桥架敷设方式。
(2)桥架布置在车间内应尽量借助柱子、墙壁、栏杆等。在两车间之间或是空地上,桥架的跨距超过6 m的情况下,就要建立柱支撑。
(3)桥架从电气室引到其他工艺平面,要注意上引的位置,上引的位置不要靠近在吊物孔,如果某平面的梁下有电动葫芦,最好不要在电动
葫芦的运动轨迹范围内,上引的桥架尽量按直线竖直上行。
(4)桥架在最顶层平面穿过预留孔到顶层平面的设备,为了防止雨雪天雨水沿预留孔灌到桥架电缆内,预留孔的堵塞工作一定要做好。在实
际设计中,电缆桥架的布置应与土建,工艺及相关专业密切配合,以确定最佳的布置,尽量做到选型准确、布局合理、材料节省且美观,便于安装维护。

(3) the bridge frame from the electric room to other craft plane, should pay attention to the position of the lead, the position of the top should not be close to the hole in the crane, if there is an electric hoist under the beam of a plane, it is better not in the range of the motion of the electric hoist, the overhead bridge is as straight as straight up in line.
(4) a device that passes through the reserved hole to the top plane in the top level plane. In order to prevent the rain and snow water from filling the bridge cable along the reserved hole, the plugging work of the reserved hole must be done well.
In the actual design, the layout of the cable bridge should be closely coordinated with the civil construction, technology and related specialties to determine the best arrangement, as far as possible, as far as possible, the selection is accurate, the layout is reasonable, the material is saved and beautiful, so it is easy to install and maintain.
